Peak Transaction Coordinating was established to assist Realtors with transaction facilitation. The primary function of a Transaction Coordinator is to serve as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, title companies and mortgage brokers during the process of a sale and manage administrative tasks required to reach a successful closing.

Some months may be busier than others or maybe you need a TC to supplement an assistant. As an addition to your team or individual help, our goal is to “put the pieces together” while allowing agents to spend valuable time focusing on their clients.
