1. Q: What is a Transaction Coordinator (TC) ?

A: A Transaction Coordinator is a person responsible for managing and monitoring the contract transaction process. The “middle man” with Real Estate professionals, clients, title companies and the lender to name a few.  Known by several different names in the industry such as Closing Coordinator, Contract Manager, a TC is responsible for maintaining files and the production, coordination, and processing of all information and documents pertaining to the sale of each home.

2. Q: Why use a Transaction Coordinator?

A.: Complete transaction management allows real estate professionals to simplify and streamline the entire real estate process. As a busy agent, your days are spent answering calls, following up on leads, negotiating offers, and viewing properties. Peak TC strives to make your transaction as smooth and effortless for you and your customers as possible. Let the TC take over your contract to close operation so you can focus on the reasons you became a real estate agent.

3. Q: Should I just hire an assistant?

A: You could….but then you have to train them, manage them, pay them  and work harder to keep them busy and paid. Why not just outsource a TC for contract management and pay when you get paid.

4. Q: Who is Ashley?

A: Ashley has been working in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her first exposure to real estate came working as an assistant throughout junior high and high school. After graduating from Texas A&M University, she went to school for her Texas Real Estate license. She worked on a team,as a Realtor, before she was led to a position as an Asset Manager for Fannie Mae. Upon relocating to CO, she obtained her Colorado Real Estate license. This allowed her to learn the ins and outs of Colorado Real Estate and find she had a knack for Transaction Coordinating. Peak Transaction Coordinating, Inc. was born in 2013 to assist Realtors with contract facilitation.

5. Q: What areas do you cover?

A. Peak TC provides transaction coordinating services in Colorado and Georgia.

6. Q: What happens if my transaction falls apart?

A. We start over! There are no fees if your contract does not make it to the closing table. Peak TC takes the hits with you!
